The Problem
The founder of Heart Living, Helena Livingston, had worked in her business for many years. However, she felt like the brand was missing its fizz and wasn't sure how to move forward and improve its image. Helen knew she had to pop the cork on some fresh bubbles that would give the business a real lift and an unmistakable unique selling proposition (USP).
She decided she needed a brand audit to understand how Heart Living could be improved, offer more key services to customers, and stand out from the competition.
Client Brief:
As a brand strategy and communications nerd, I'm always excited to help a company find its voice. I believe every business has a story, and Pink Pineapple's mission is to help them tell it in the most compelling way possible. When Heart Living approached me to help them with their brand positioning, I knew I could make a difference.
In addition to reviewing and editing its website copy and imagery, I developed a new brand strategy and colour palette. My goal was to capture the heart of its message and bring it to life with vibrant colours that would resonate with its target audience. I'm thrilled with the results and am proud to continue playing a part in helping Heart Living reach more people with ongoing brand support for website implementation.
